Why Semi‑Private Personal Training
Semi‑Private Personal Training delivers the best of both worlds: individualized coaching with the energy and efficiency of a small group.
Unlike group fitness or bootcamps, each client follows a customized program. Unlike traditional one‑on‑one training, the semi‑private model allows for consistency, structure, and long‑term results without unnecessary downtime.
This model allows Coach Brett to coach movement, technique, and progression in real time, while maintaining a professional, focused environment.
It is the most effective way to train adults over 40 who care about results, safety, and longevity.
Who do you work with?
Achievement Fitness works with adults born before the 1980s—primarily men and women over 40, 50, 60, and 70. Our clients want to lose body fat, gain strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and feel confident and capable again. This is coaching for real people who want long‑term health, not quick fixes.
What type of training do you offer?
We provide Semi‑Private Personal Training. Every session is instructor‑led and professionally coached. Clients follow individualized programs while training in a small group setting. Sessions are structured, efficient, and results‑driven.
Is this group training?
No. This is not group fitness or bootcamp training. Each client follows a customized program designed around their goals, injuries, and ability level. Coaching quality and individual attention are the priority.
Do you customize programs?
Yes. Every client receives a customized fitness plan, personalized nutrition guidance, and accountability. Programs are adjusted regularly based on progress, recovery, stress, and lifestyle.
What equipment do you use?
We primarily use free weights and functional tools including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, trap bars, bands, TRX, rowers, assault bikes, sleds, sandbags, and bodyweight movements. We do not rely on selectorized machines or cable stacks.
What about nutrition?
Nutrition coaching is practical and sustainable. We focus on fat loss, muscle preservation, metabolism health, and consistency. There are no extreme diets or generic meal plans.
Is this safe for people with joint pain or injuries?
Yes. Most clients come to us with past injuries, joint pain, or mobility limitations. Programs are designed to build strength safely while improving movement quality and longevity.
What experience does Coach Brett bring?
Coach Brett has over 35 years of experience in fitness, strength training, and weight loss. He holds a degree in Movement Science (Kinesiology) and has helped thousands of people transform their health. Achievement Fitness is built on experience, not trends.
How is Achievement Fitness different from other gyms?
Achievement Fitness operates like a professional coaching practice. There are no random workouts, overcrowded classes, or guesswork. Clients receive expert guidance, structure, and a long‑term plan.
Do you offer 1‑on‑1 personal training?
Our primary model is Semi‑Private Personal Training. This allows for elite‑level coaching while keeping sessions efficient and results‑focused.
